FMI is moving to new owners

We are pleased to announce that Family Matters Institute is being transferred to the Jubilee Centre.

We have previously announced that DAD.info operation within FMI moved to the Fegans charity on 1 February, and this transfer to the Jubilee Centre comprises the remaining work of FMI.

The Jubilee Centre is a Christian social reform organisation that offers a biblical perspective on contemporary issues and underlying trends in society, of relevance to the general public, and is keen to continue much of the work and vision of FMI for a society supporting families and children to thrive.

For some years funding for the Family Matters Institute (FMI) has come primarily through the Department for Education, but also through grant providers and individual donors. We are very grateful for the financial support that has enabled FMI to deliver on its vision for families and children.

The charity funding landscape has been increasingly difficult in recent years, particularly for small organisations, and there has been a significant reduction in the money available across public and private sectors.

FMI is therefore delighted to announce that following on from its transfer of the DAD.info site to Fegans the remaining work of FMI will transfer to the Jubilee Centre on 11 July 2019. We are confident that the Jubilee Centre will build on the valuable work previously undertaken.

FMI want to thank everyone who has supported us and are tremendously proud of everything that has been achieved and for the changed lives that have resulted. We are excited in looking forward to the continued work of FMI through Fegans and now also through the Jubilee Centre.
