CBC Level 4 Award in Management PDF Print E-mail

Central Bedfordshire Central Bedfordshire Council's Children's Workforce Team are funding up to 20 places on FMI's Institute of Management (ILM) Level 4 Award in Management.

The qualification is designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation for their formal development as a manager.  The qualification has direct progression routes for a range of Level 5 qualifications in ILM Leadership & Management offered by FMI.

Course Format

The course starts with a Mandatory Induction evening on Monday 26th March 2012* 

The taught sessions will then start on the Tuesday 17th April and run for twelve Tuesdays (excluding 5th & 12th June).  Each session will run between 4:30 - 7:30pm at Moggerhanger Park, Bedfordshire, MK44 3RW.

Booking

Places are limited, so early application is advised**.  Learners must complete the application form and they and their managers sign and return a learner contract.  Closed date for applications is Monday 19th March, but early booking is recommended.

* The Induction Evening is a chance to explore whether the course is right for you and so learners will be given a short period after induction where they can withdraw at no cost.  All learners are encouraged to go on and complete the course.
