What Learners Can Expect from FMI

  • Sessions which start and end at the published times and dates
  • An enviornment which respects your rights and which is free from harassment of any kind
  • A prompt response to any concerns you bring to our attention
  • Where appropriate, individual learning support or volunteer support if you have a disability or sensory impairment which inhibits your learning
  • A chance to evaluate your course and to feed back comments to usClear and constructive feedback against assessment criteria

What FMI Expects from our Learners

  • Set goals and regularly review your progress
  • Abide by our regulationsParticipate fully in your chosen course, recognising that learning is primarily your responsibility
  • Inform your tutor of any difficulties or concerns you may have about the course or the centre
  • Respect the rights of individuals to be free from harassment of any kind
  • Tell us immediately if you are unable to attend or if your circumstances change
  • We reserve the right to undertake an investigation and refuse your continued participation within a course if any of these are not adhered to
