There is currently a lot of emphasis on qualification and quality standards in parent education so The Family Matters Institute has, in association with the Open College Network, developed an accredited training course for facilitators using our Flat Pack Parent Resource.

They are required to research and prepare a 15 minute presentation to be given during the 2nd day of training.
Day 2 of training consists of:
If you can gather six or more student facilitators together, a course tutor can bring the training to your venue. Individuals or small groups can attend training days that we run at Moggerhanger. Check our diary for planned course dates or contact us for details of costs and availability.
Our tutors will be very happy to talk to you if you have any more questions.
