This course will explore the key themes of the Supporting families with complex and multiple
needs course attended by family intervention key workers. You will understand the evidencebased
learning and theoretical models that practitioners will be using in their practice. It provides
framework and tools for effective mentoring and supervision, and provides ideas on equipping
mentoring and supervision, as well as empowering front-line practitioners further.
