Want to Run a Money Activity Session?

This training course is designed to develop the skills needed to organise and facilitate effective money work with families, and is accredited with the Open College Network (OCN) at level 3.

It consists of two separate days of training, including tutorial time. Students build a portfolio of evidence and facilitate a money session.

The training aims to give you the skills to be able to

  • improve basic facilitator and presentation skills
  • plan and publicise a Family Financial Education Session for a specific target group
  • understand the importance of teaching and learning
  • explore different ways to deliver family financial education
  • be aware of the possibilities of working with other agencies
  • prepare and run a family finance education session for groups
  • focus on the need for effective evaluation

One thing is for sure: attending this course will increase your enthusiasm and build your confidence.

Availability
